Born in Treia (MC) in 1979, he graduated as a surveyor at the "A.D.Bramante" Technical Institute in Macerata in 1998. He obtained his qualification to practice as a surveyor in 2002 and the same year he enrolled in the register of the College of Surveyors of the province of Macerata.
